Reporting a bug
A few details help us fix problems much faster:
- Your browser and device, for example “Chrome on Windows” or “Safari on iPhone”.
- The settings you used: pixel size, palette, colors and dithering.
- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
- A screenshot, if you can. Only attach the image you converted if you're comfortable sharing it.
Before you write
Many common questions, such as how to get a grid, make 32×32 pixel art or keep a transparent background, are answered in the FAQ.
